POWER COUPLES

Everyone knows a Power Couple. Each person in the duo is successful or influential in their own right, and together, they’re an unstoppable force. Which is a pretty good way to describe the relationship between the workers of GE and the machines they operate. 

So let’s redefine the concept of Power Couples to highlight this symbiotic relationship: GE employee and GE technology.

We wanted to create a portrait series on Instagram that showcases various Power Couples consisting of GE employees and the machines they use. 

Using the multiple image post feature in Instagram, we would let viewers swipe between the GE employee and their machine.

This is where my team and I come in. We researched photographers that would fit GE's aesthetic and capture these machines and people in a beautiful and unique way, landing on Illitch Peters. Illitch then joined our team on a shoot to the Evandale and Cincinnati Factory locations to capture these beautiful assets that will be featured every other Monday until the end of the year.

Along with getting stills our team captures BTS footage of how the machine operates to drive home how machine and man go hand-in-hand we created Instagram stories - created and edited by yours truly :)
